SIMtone offers the industry’s leading solution to ensure
ongoing optimum performance and predictable run times for
applications running across multiple processors,
multiple cores, multiple systems, clusters, and grid.

SIMtone SPEED
SDK
SIMtone's ASPEED SDKs (software developers’ kit) includes
the APIs and tools needed to make it easy
to adapt existing applications to leverage multi-CPUs and
multiples systems in any work station, server, cluster or
grid environment without having to make them "thread-safe".
The Kit includes
algorithm-specific APIs,
serialization, compression and random number generation functions.

ASPEED Runtime
(run-time
libraries and run-time controls)
Once your
program has been prepared for deployment and execution using
the SDK, ASPEED automatically takes over the
management of the application. The management
includes a sophisticated application
algorithm-aware
expediter
that continually optimizes the iteration
ranges and data movement during a run or transaction to ensure the shortest
completion time.

SIMtone ASPEED
Application Manager
The
ASPEED AppManager is an application service
is an easy way to parallelize binary code. You simply execute a script or program
and the AppManager manages the distribution and execution.

Workload Balancer
The
ASPEED Workload Balancer maximizes
utilization of the available resources. It ensures that
processors are fully utilized as long as any distributable work is
available. It includes a dispatching daemon which dynamically allocates jobs to CPUs.
It is designed for
organizations that want to maximize the utilization of their
multi-system configurations e.g., cluster or workgroup if no
grid fabric is present.

ASPEED for Excel
ASPEED for
Excel is a package that includes Run-time ASPEED and
SDK. It provides a wizard that enables a developer to
quickly and easily parallelize a worksheet using VBA or wrap
UDFs, e.g., XLLs, without having to make the DLLs
thread-safe. Once axxelerated the execution will
exploit multiple cores, processors, servers, clusters or
grid without any additional changes.
